1 General Terms & Eligibility

Terms & Conditions Jayanayan constitutes a legal agreement between the platform (jayanayan.click) and its users. By registering or using Jayanayan, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these terms.

2 Account Registration & Security

Opening a valid account on Jayanayan requires accurate personal information — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid ID details. Accounts created with incorrect or false information may be suspended at any time and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Keep your account password and login credentials private. Never share them with anyone. Jayanayan will never ask for your password via email or phone — any such communication is likely a phishing attempt. If you notice anything suspicious, contact our support team immediately.

• Logging in to multiple accounts from a single device is prohibited
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to another person
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended
• If unusual activity is detected on an account, Jayanayan may temporarily lock it

3 KYC Verification Process

• Free bets are valid for 7 days and will be automatically cancelled if unused

6 Betting Rules & General Policies

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on Jayanayan at all times. They are also essential for protecting users' interests.

• Once the "Confirm Bet" button is clicked, the bet cannot be changed or cancelled — the only exception is the Cash Out feature
• Before a match begins, make sure all details — teams, time, and venue — are correct
• The maximum bet limit set by Jayanayan may vary from match to match
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, Jayanayan reserves the right to void or amend that bet
• Outright bets are generally voided if a team or player withdraws from the tournament

What happens if a match is cancelled or abandoned?

If a match does not start or is not completed within the scheduled time, the affected bets will be declared void in accordance with Jayanayan's rules and the stake will be returned to the account. However, if a match has been played for at least 90 minutes before being abandoned, a result may still be determined — this depends on the specific rules for that sport.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any activity directed against Jayanayan or that harms other users is strictly prohibited. The following is a list of prohibited activities:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Bonus abuse — such as a single person claiming the same offer across multiple accounts
• Account hacking, phishing, or any other fraudulent method of obtaining information
• Attempting to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to Jayanayan's systems
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on Jayanayan

If any such activity is detected, Jayanayan may close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and report the matter to law enforcement authorities if necessary.

8 Limitation of Liability

Jayanayan strives to maintain the highest service standards; however, our liability is limited in the following situations:

• Missed bets or incomplete transactions due to loss of internet connection
• Technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.)
• Unexpected server downtime — though Jayanayan works toward a 99.9% uptime target
• Bets placed due to the user's own error in misreading information

9 Responsible Gaming Policy
